Refunds, Returns, Cancellations
Orders placed online are final sale once shipped. We do not offer exchanges, refunds or returns on any products.
All products are shipped with extreme care & caution. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping damage or delays due to the carrier or weather. We will hold plants if weather conditions are below 20F, otherwise, insulation or a heat pack will be included. We do our best to provide you with happy, healthy and well-nurtured plants; however, we are happy to help if you find your order does not meet your expectations. Please check our unboxing video instructions.
If an item or plant is damaged due to major shipping error on our part, we offer store credit when appropriate. Please film an unboxing video so that we may verify and issue store credit.
Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Please ensure that your order is correct before placement.
If there is a mistake with the shipping address, you may email us at thestrangestem@gmail.com to correct it before the order has been shipped.
Any other issues or concerns may be referred to thestrangestem@gmail.com. Please include as many details as possible, including an unboxing video (if purchasing plants), in your email so that we can help you as best we can.
Be advised that plants need some time to acclimate to their new home. Avoid repotting until they are showing signs of stability. Plants 8" and above will arrive without a pot. Please be prepared to pot your new plant in a chunky aroid mix, once it arrives.
