Shipping

Plants will be shipped out on Monday-Wednesday so that they may arrive in the same week. All plants will be shipped via USPS from Florida and packed with extreme care. Shipping rates are $10 under 1lb (for smaller plants) and $15 over 1lb (for larger plants). Orders $50+ will receive free shipping. Tracking information will be updated as soon as your package is shipped. 

Please keep in mind that plants are living things. Through transit, your plant might get a little stressed out as it is removed from its normal conditions. Once your plant arrives, allow it 24-48 hours or more to acclimate to its new spot in your home. Leaves dropping or yellowing are all possible parts of the plant's process of coping with a big change. Avoid immediately repotting your plant at this time as well.

A majority of plants sold from our store are supplemented with humidity. It is best to continue this practice with your new plant baby to give them the best chance at thriving after a big change. For best results, add a pebble tray or keep in conditions where humidity is 60-80%. 

At this time, we are unable to ship live plants to Alaska, California and Hawaii. We hope to offer our house plants to these states in the future. Stay tuned!

If you live in a colder climate, plants will be shipped with insulation and/or a heat pack for your plant to keep warm during the trip.
